Jeff Thomsen

Jeff started Thomsen Construction Company in 1977 and worked as a carpentry sub-contractor and a general contractor on both residential and commercial projects through the late 80’s. In 1987 Jeff incorporated Thomsen Company and by 1990 focused nearly all of his effort on new home construction. Over the years the projects and technology used on these projects has grown exponentially. Jeff is self taught and well versed in AutoCad, Prolog (our project management and accounting software), Microsoft Project, Excel, as well as most of the other Microsoft Office programs. His father is an architect; his grandfather was a home builder and his son has his Architects license and MBA working for a Houston Developer. You could say that building and architecture is in his blood.

Terry managed his own millwork company for 7 years before he came to work with us in 2013. Terry is an obsessed and avid fisherman in his off time and also enjoys a novice hobby of photographing the wildlife along the Texas Gulf Coast. Chris Thomsen

Chris Thomsen is 2nd generation for Thomsen Company.  Starting in 2010, Chris has worked with each of the superintendents and played multiple roles in the field before becoming one of our superintendents. Post hurricane Harvey, Chris worked with our homeowners to recover their personal property prior to taking the house down to the studs to begin the drying out process.  As our youngest superintendent, and a new father, Chris has little time for a hobby. Instead he spends his time off with his wife and daughter taking trips to the park, zoo and museums. Occasionally he gets in a round of golf or disc golf.
